at-home hair color in seattle

Color is a conversation before it's a formula. New color clients start with a consultation so I can see your hair in person, hear the goal, and tell you honestly what it will take. Then we book the real appointment and I bring the whole setup to you.

consult first, color second

  1. 01

    book a color consult

A 45-minute new-client consultation: I look at your hair, we talk history, bleach damage, and the actual goal.

  2. 02

    get a real plan

You leave with a plan, a time estimate, and a price range — no surprise numbers halfway through a bleach session.

  3. 03

    color day, at your place

Three hours, up to five for big transformations. I bring bowls, bleach, toner, towels, and cover your floors.

where i bring the color kit

Same Seattle house-call radius as cuts. Color needs a little more room and a water source, so tell me about your setup when you book and I'll flag anything that won't work.

deposit, timing, and honesty

New-client color consult $10 · existing-client color from $250+ · corrective / 8+ hr from $500+. Final color number is confirmed from the plan before we start. Travel: $25 + $2/mi, confirm before booking. The usual $25 booking deposit is currently waived — pay at the appointment. Big lifts may need more than one session, and I'll say so before we start rather than after.

color questions, answered straight

Why do I need a consultation before booking color?
Because photos lie about hair history. A 45-minute consult lets me check your ends, previous color, and integrity so the plan and the price are real.
How long does an at-home color appointment take?
Three hours for most appointments, up to five for major lifts or full vivids. I book the time honestly instead of rushing your hair.
Can you do vivid colors and big lifts at home?
Yes — vivids, pastels, tone-downs, and grow-out corrections. If your hair can't safely take it in one session, I'll tell you and we'll stage it.
Will color make a mess of my place?
I cover the area, cape you properly, and clean up before I leave. A bathroom or kitchen with a sink makes it easier, and a shower for rinsing is ideal.
How much does house-call color cost in Seattle?
Consult $10. Existing-client color from $250+; corrective / 8+ hr from $500+. Final number is confirmed from the plan before color day. No deposit is required to book right now.
